ADDING TO AN ORDER
If you need to add items to an order, you need to place another order and the second shipping will be refunded IF the orders are received in close enough proximity to ship the same day. We ship at 9 am EST. The second shipping will be refunded IF the items are able to be shipped together.
We ship M,W or Fridays or T, Th, Saturdays depending on schedules and order load. If you need something quickly it is best to do it Express and understand that we do not ship everyday. We only ship EXPRESS mail if the customer pays for EXPRESS. Below is the shipping guide from our zip code(25414). We will only ship, based on the shipping you choose.
We do reserve the right to ship items first class if the weight allows and a customer is using a coupon.
We do ship world wide and try to have first class available. However, there is a risk with first class. It will be slower and generally cannot be tracked, but we have had good luck with it. If you do ship priority, WE ONLY charge actual shipping and will refund you if there is a difference in the cost. Please email us at email@example.com with questions. We can also give you the shipping cost before we ship. Place your order and put in the notes that you want to know shipping costs before it is shipped.
EXCHANGES and RETURNS
If we have made an error on your order, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may fix it. MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 3 days of order.
If you have ordered something in error, you can ship it back to us at YOUR expense for a credit of an unopened and unused item within 3 days from the date of your order. Please ship the item back to:

Please include a copy of your invoice so that we may find your record. It is cost prohibited to exchange an item as you have to pay to ship the item back and also cover the shipping back to you since it was your error. Please contact us and we can offer you a suggestion on how to best use or alter the paint you accidentally ordered.
